Donald McCrea, Principal Executive of Bus-Ed Partners, Inc. is formerly Director of Executive Education for the Graduate School of Management at University of California, Irvine. Prior to that, he directed the Executive Degree Program at the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, and taught for five years in Pepperdine Universitys Executive, Professional, and full-time MBA programs. Don has almost 30 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies (NCR Corporation, Unisys, Digital Equipment Corporation) and the Department of Defense as a systems designer, senior systems development manager, product manager, and senior marketing and sales manager. He has sold and marketed to both industrial and government markets and is currently a consultant to small business on marketing and sales issues. Don has more than twelve years experience with the Internet and Worldwide web. Don serves on the Orange County Workforce Investment Board, chairing its Labor Market Intelligence Committee, and on the Advisory Board of the U.S. Small Business Administrations Orange County and TnTech Small Business Devefopment Centers. He is a former board member of UNICON, the International University Consortium for Executive Education. Don holds a Ph.D. in Executive Management from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University and an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics, and the Association for Transpersonal Psychology.
