An Invitation to a Dream

New Year's Eve in Rio, followed be a seven day skiing vacation in the Swiss Alps… Mardi Gras in New Orleans visiting with friends… a two month summer vacation starting with ten days in the Bahamas and ending with one full week in Tahiti… an exciting cruise to the Orient before spending a relaxing Christmas in Paris. These are some of the events on your agenda this year.

A mansion in Beverly Hills surrounded by acres of green land… a three thousand square foot cabin in Aspen for those romantic winter months… a luxurious penthouse in Manhattan overlooking the magnificent city… a secluded villa in Monte Carlo with a wine cellar any connoisseur would be proud of… a peaceful beachfront in Maui… are just some of your real estate holdings.

Chauffeur driven limousines for hose days you do not want to drive… a seventy-five foot cabin cruiser which can comfortably accommodate twelve friends… fashion shows, shopping sprees, formal dinners requiring black ties and gowns… season tickets to every major event from a Broadway play to the World Cup Series… and finally, a peaceful drive in the country with no worries in the world. "Would you like to drive the Ferrari, the Mercedes, the Maserati, or should I take the top down on the Rolls today Sir."

Ah, the sweet smell of success! People think about it, have visions of it, plan how to get it, and work for more of it as time goes flying by.

Success is desired by almost everyone. It is a human want, shared by millions all over the world. And why not success? Success adds joy, excitement and fulfillment to life. It makes everyday life sweeter and more interesting. It changes one's ordinary, everyday living into better know as "the good life." Yes, success is well worth going after with all the energy and enthusiasm you can master.

If you want to be a success, to be a winner, or to be a part of the good life, you've got to become a dreamer once again. Most people have stopped dreaming. They grow up enthusiastic about life and about becoming someone special, because everyone is telling them how special they are… then they are thrown out into "the world of reality," and companies along with people who want to take advantage of them. These once enthusiastic people go into a shell. They begin to develop a loser's attitude. They forget their dreams. Thus, they join the crowd of people who settle for ordinary, the average, or whatever life throws their way.

To win in life, you must become a dreamer again. You must be excited, confident and enthusiastic about life. Success and the good life will go to the fortunate few who possess and carry with them the dream of a winner.

Introduction

Read this and everything with open eyes, mind and heart.

Then apply yourself:

Reading with a flashlight "The Babe Ruth Story," being tucked in bed, my adventures began. I became acquainted with many other too: Thomas A. Edison; Alexander Graham Bell; Tom Sawyer; Abraham Lincoln; Henry Ford; the great characters in the Bible; and of course, George Herman Ruth.

I had developed a thirst for knowledge. I had many questions and found the answers on the shelf of the library where I learned from some of the wisest people who had ever lived.

My guides and counselors included: Norman Vincent Peale; W. Clement Stone; Ralph Waldo Emerson, Napolean Hill; and Samuel Clemens.

They were all thinkers, planners, doers, and leaders with a purpose.
They had dreams and goals.
They all had belief in themselves and success.

These same opportunities are waiting for you to open your eyes.

Clear your mind and prepare to "Power Up!"
